Goals of this workshop:
- Learn about the spirit world that surrounds each and every one of us, and how to hear, see and contact our guides to enhance our journey in life.
- Practice hands-on techniques to heighten your own intuition.
- Discover what type of psychic you are and how you best receive information
- Learn how to contact your own guides.
- Keys on grounding yourself so that you are a clear channel.
- Noticing the everyday signs that the universe provides us. What do they mean?
- How do we know the difference between real messages of guidance and our ego.
- Learn how to see ourselves and our surroundings from a place of love, helping each other by sending out positive vibrations to the universe.

- Learn how to calm the mind and quiet the ego
- Become aware of the subtleties of messages from your guides and how they connect with you
- Know yourself – what are your own patterns, fears and blocks?
- Learn how to “tune in” to your own physical/emotional body
- Learn about energy and vibration
- Meditations to open up your channels to spirit
- Practice using your own intuition; practice in pairs
**Prerequisites: Completion of Psychic Development, Level 1 is a prerequisite for this course. (Equivalent experience and/or study will be considered as a prerequisite)
What You’ll Need: Please bring a lunch, pen and journal. You may wish to bring a light blanket or yoga mat. Kitchen facilities, coffee, tea and snacks will be provided. Comfy clothing is recommended.

- Exercises to understand this beautiful type of spirit communication
- Practice in pairs and with the group

- How to use your abilities to be of service to others
